DEMAC at the 4th UN Global Humanitarian Policy Forum



On 1 and 2 December 2015, OCHA's Policy Analysis and Innovation Section is holding the 4th Annual Global Humanitarian Policy Forum in New York, bringing together humanitarian practitioners, international and non-governmental organizations, academics, private sector partners, and government representatives from across the globe to consider humanitarian action and opportunities to engage with the Sustainable Development Goals.

Erik Mohns, DEMAC representative, is participating in the workshop New ways of working to discuss the demands of the current humanitarian landscape, challenges and means to respond in new ways to meet humanitarian needs both now and in the future.

Erik on behalf of the DEMAC project is presenting "diaspora and interoperability" : new techniques, methods and tools that support and promote an effective humanitarian response environment.
