EU Projects’ Design and Management Training, 15-16 January 2026

Brussels Academy offers hands-on training on EU Project Proposal Writing and Project Management. The training is a focused and practical program designed to provide professionals with the essential knowledge and techniques to navigate EU funding opportunities and manage successful projects. It provides a solid basis for project design and management, including the Logical Framework Approach, a key methodology implemented in many EU programs.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to design, write, and implement EU projects effectively. Raniero Chelli (Senior Trainer) will lead this two-day training via Zoom.

✍ Who should enroll in this training?
This training is suitable for individuals seeking to develop or enhance their knowledge of EU project development and management, including:

  • Representatives of universities and research institutions
  • Experts from the private sector, small and medium-sized enterprises, and entrepreneurs
  • Personnel and volunteers from non-governmental and nonprofit organizations
  • Students, recent graduates, and individuals seeking a career transition
  • Freelancers and consultants seeking participation in EU funding programs
  • For individuals who are new to the EU funding environment or seeking to formalize current expertise.

The emphasis will be placed on widely accessible open calls for competitive EU grants; however, the skills acquired will also be valuable for engaging with tenders and programs from other funding entities.

  • Overview of project design methods, such as the Logical Framework Approach
  • Project designing from writing project proposals step-by-step, emphasizing relationships, goals, and work planning
  • Conception of project frameworks and execution
  • Tools for project monitoring and managing tasks, deadlines, finances, and deliverables
  • Understanding how to obtain significant EU budgets through compelling, competitive applications

Upon completing the entire training program, all participants will be awarded an official Certificate of Attendance from Brussels Academy, which will serve as recognition of their competencies in NGO financial sustainability and service-based growth.
