Rajo Organization

RAJO, which means "hope" in Somali, is a non-profit association based in Sion, Valais (Switzerland), founded on February 10, 2010. RAJO is committed to promoting children's rights and education, to enable this young generation to realize the promise of a better future. Our goal is to create in Somalia the conditions required to: - allow sustainable access of children (boys and girls) to education and schooling - allow sustainable access to basic vocational training for adults, especially women - encourage mobilizations, meetings and training aimed at strengthening social cohesion, promote culture and public health In addition, we are providing ad hoc emergency aid to Somalia. RAJO is committed through its know-how and raises the necessary funds to achieve its goals.
