The Union Aid for Afghan Refugees (UAAR) was founded by an exiled Afghan man in Bonn. In September of 1994, 15 years later, the association was given the name “The Union for Afghanistan Support”. Union Aid for Afghan Refugees (UAAR) works as a charitable organization. It is a small aid organization regulated by few administration stuff who quarantees that your donation comes to those places where it is most needed. Through the established organizations in Peshawar and Kabul UAS is always informed about the newest developments in the country and learns where the help is needed the most. The Afghan people have a big trust in the UAS organization and in the case of emergency they have representatives who can guarantee that necessary help will be provided.
